Metalizing equipment from the German company Osu Günter Hessler GmbH & Co. KG are high-performance, automatically operated devices based on more than 45 years of experience in arc spray-metallization. Developed for automatic and robotic metallization processes, combining modern design and functionality in their standard.
Arc metal spray technology is mainly used for corrosion protection when using mainly zinc, aluminum or its alloy.
The equipment consists of the following parts:
- metalizing gun for manual handling
- cable and hose packet between the gun and the push-pull
- push/pull S4 wire sliding system
- 3-phase power supply (300 A / 400 V, 50 Hz)
- wire unwinding device
