Metallization box with ATEX filtration
Metallization boxes are mainly part of a technological unit that includes:
- metallization box (sandwich panels),
- metalizační zařízení (OSU-HESSLER),
- filtration (DONALDSON),
- air ducts.
Depending on the nature of the dust to be extracted, it is necessary to determine its possible classification in a given explosion class and design a system with adequate ATEX filtration.
Within the metallization box, metallization can be carried out over the entire box area, or, in the case of smaller products, only a smaller workplace with an extraction wall can be created. This will significantly reduce the exhaust air requirements and thus the cost of ATEX filtration.
