Vikomt blasting cabinets
VIKOMT are robust blast cabinets prepared as an essential element for special applications. A wide range of internal working space, various accessories, and modifications satisfy even the most demanding requirements.
The cabin is made of quality steel. The filtration and abrasive recycling system are separate elements as standard, which are not rigidly connected to the cab body and thus allow better use of the very often limited instalation space. For example, the filtration can be placed behind a wall in an adjacent room.
The inlet pressure can be easily regulated to achieve the desired quality of the cleaned surface. The recommended maximum working pressure is 7 bar. They are manufactured in both injector and pressure versions, by WISTA manufacturing in Zlin, the Czech Republic !

Robust modular construction
We are manufacturers and produce blasting technology for professional use with the possibility of design modifications. Long service life and reliability are our standards. The modular system makes it possible to change the injector version for the pressure version and vice versa. Or you can have both versions in one cab.
Quality filtration
We use cartridge filtration from the world market leader - DONALDSON, which is also characterized by double the filtration area compared to the competition and high efficiency. Combined with HEPA filtration, the air after filtration can be discharged into the area where the employees are and do not have to be discharged outside the building, which results in significant manufacturing plant environment temperature losses in the winter months. In addition, some of the air after filtration is returned to the cabins, resulting in faster dust removal and better visibility for the operator during operation time.
Reliable service
WISTA keeps most of spare parts in his stock, and even after many years, according to the drawings, to manufacture and supply a part that is no longer in the current product range. If service intervention is required, we are able to respond very quickly.
Possibility to test before purchase
You can rent abrasive blasters on your choice, hand caninets, blasting containers or BLAREC blast & recovery systems in our rental shop or come to us in Zlín and test the quality of the blasted surface in an pressure booth. Of course, there is available to choose wide selection of abrasives in different fractions (abrasive grits).
